Now in China 98% of children in orphanages have disabilities. China is beginning to help the less fortunate(children with disabilities but there is still a big gap compared to what other nations are already doing. Recent years China has open 25 baby-hatchs but there were too many children. Baby-hatch is very similar to Western system from 1-200years ago. There are 576,000 orphans in China. Making baby-hatchs there are more opportunities for parents to abandon their children. The Chinese government admits that it’s a big problem.
