Now in China 98% of children in orphanages have disabilities. China is beginning to help the less fortunate(children with disabilities but there is still a big gap compared to what other nations are already doing. Recent years China has open 25 baby-hatchs but there were too many children. Baby-hatch is very similar to Western system from 1-200years ago. There are 576,000 orphans in China. Making baby-hatchs there are more opportunities for parents to abandon their children. The Chinese government admits that it’s a big problem. Chinese government would like to find out why these children are being abandoned. “The changes have already been striking”, Joyce Hill, New Hope Foundation (Hope Healing Home) Which line of inquiry does the information support? I think that the article supports the first line of inquiry-Organizations and governments can impact children with disabilities. What next?
